Annual General Meeting (AGM)

As a member organisation, we meet annually to decide on important matters, report back on the past year and looking forward to the next.

What we do at the AGM

  • Report back on the past year including what we have done and how it went.
  • Review and approve the finances that include what we spent, on what, and what shape they are in.
  • Elect the organisation's officers including the chair, secretary, treasurer, membership officer, data officer, and ordinary members.
  • Consider any changes to the group's constitution
  • Look forward to the future and outline our plans and hopes for the coming year.
  • Listen to a guest speaker. We typically invite someone to give us an inspirational boost as we enter the next year.

Upcoming AGM

The 2024 AGM will take place on 21 November 2024 at the Earlsfield Library Hall.
